Course overview
Better Work is a program created and run by the ILO and the International Finance Corporation. It is an interesting and unique example of a program that contains hybrid elements of public and private regulation. It also has roots in a trade agreement between the United States and Cambodia, bringing together several elements of public and private regulatory approaches to supply chain labor and and human rights.
