Course overview
Examine why forced labor import bans are more ubiquitous than bans on other labor and human rights restrictions. We will pay special attention to the recently passed Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act in order to understand the political background that gave rise to the law. We will also look at the specific details of how the law operates in order to be in compliance with it, and to ensure that its provisions are properly enforced.
