This module considers the building blocks of information privacy regulation, which are Fair Information Practice Principles (FIPPs).  Beyond FIPPs, there are also an important set of privacy policy institutions throughout the world.  We will also explore related areas of law, such as cybersecurity, the regulation of digital platforms, and competition law.  Increasingly, the scope of these fields increasingly has a significant impact on information privacy law.
